Sports Medicine Expert Dr. Derick Macleod joins Inside Biometrics’ Advisory Board

Leading self-tracking devices company, Inside Biometrics has today announced the latest appointment to its Science and Medical Advisory Board. 

Dr. Macleod, a practicing GP with a special interest in Sports and Exercise Medicine, has served as Doctor to Team GB at the 2014 Winter Olympics and the 2014 Commonwealth Games and was Chief Medical Officer for Team GB in the Youth Olympic Games.

In addition to multi-sport events, Dr. Macleod has served as Team Scotland doctor in a number of FIFA and UEFA championships and is a medical officer to the Scottish Football Association. Dr. Macleod is currently club doctor for Inverness Caledonian Thistle Football Club.
